How do I delete my account?
Permanently delete your Foodiz account and associated data.
This is permanent
You will lose access to your profile, loyalty points, saved payment methods, and order history. Deletion cannot be undone. If you are leaving your company, contact customer-care@foodiz.odoo.com first — we can migrate your loyalty points to a new account so you do not lose them.
Delete from the app
Open the Profile tab, stay on the Account information tab, and scroll to the bottom. Tap "Delete account" and confirm. The account is deleted immediately and cannot be restored.
What gets deleted
Any related data with your profile are removed. Foodiz does not keep any data related to your account
Hitting a bug instead?
If you want to delete your account because of an issue, consider contacting customer-care@foodiz.odoo.com first — support may be able to resolve it without you losing your history.
