What to check when your company code, email, or password does not work.
Check the company code, email, and password
Make sure the company code is correct, then check that the email and password match the account you created. A typo in any of those fields will block sign in.
Already used the right company code?
If you already signed in with the correct company code before, Foodiz may only ask for your email and password on the next sign-in. If you need to change the company code, go back with the return button in the sign-in flow and enter the correct company code first.
How to sign in
Open the sign-in page, enter your company code, your email address, and your password, then tap Sign in. If the details are correct, you should be taken into your Foodiz account right away.
If the account is not confirmed yet
If your email has not been confirmed, log in again with the same details. Foodiz will show the confirmation prompt so you can resend the email and finish setup.
Password not working?
If you do not remember your password, use the Forgot password link on the sign-in page to request a reset email.
