How do I create a Foodiz account?
The steps to sign up and what to do when your account needs confirmation.
Sign up in three steps
Open the sign-up flow and follow the three screens: company code, personal info, then email and password. The company code connects your account to your employer’s Foodiz setup.
Confirm your email before using the account
After you finish sign-up, Foodiz sends a confirmation email. Your account needs to be confirmed before you can log in normally and place orders.
Need a new confirmation email?
Go back to the sign-in page and try logging in again with the same email and password. If the account is still unconfirmed, Foodiz will show the confirmation prompt so you can resend the email.
Check your spam folder too
Confirmation emails can sometimes land in spam or be delayed for a few minutes. It is worth checking there before requesting a new one.
