Where is my order?

Where Foodiz orders are usually left and what to do if something is missing.

We will take care of it

If the driver did leave the order but it was stolen or misplaced by the organization, Foodiz will still help sort it out. User experience is our priority, so we always try to make it right.

Check the delivery spot first

The driver usually leaves orders based on the instructions provided by your company. In some workplaces, orders are placed in the dedicated Foodiz corner; in others, they are left at reception or on a desk the company has designated for deliveries.

If something is missing

If an item is missing from your order, contact customer-care@foodiz.odoo.com with your order details. Missing items are usually handled and users are typically compensated when something was not delivered correctly.

When to follow up

If you cannot find the order at all, check with reception or the team that handles deliveries in your company first. They often know the place where Foodiz orders are left.
