I changed company but want to keep using Foodiz
How to move to a new company while keeping your loyalty points.
Do not delete your old account first
If you delete your old account before contacting us, your loyalty points are lost permanently — we cannot recover them from a deleted account. Always inform support before deletion. If the account is already gone, a transfer is only possible when you can provide formal proof of past orders (for example, an official receipt). Screenshots are not accepted as proof.
Create a new account for your new company
Company accounts cannot be moved between employers. Sign up again with the company code of your new workplace — your new account is linked to the new canteen and payment setup.
Past orders stay with your previous account
Order history cannot be migrated across accounts today. If you need a receipt or invoice from a past order, email customer-care@foodiz.odoo.com and support can pull it from your old account.
Your loyalty points are not lost — if you inform us first
After you have created your new account, contact customer-care@foodiz.odoo.com with both your old and new account emails. Support can transfer your loyalty points to the new account.
