How to request a password reset and set a new password.
Start from the sign-in page
Tap "Forgot password" on the sign-in page and enter the email address linked to your Foodiz account. We will send you a reset link by email.
Use the reset link to set a new password
Open the link from the email and enter your new password twice. When the reset succeeds, you can go back to sign in and use the new password right away.
If the link has expired or looks wrong
Reset links are time-sensitive. If the link no longer works or the token is invalid, go back to "Forgot password" and request a new email.
Check spam if the email does not arrive
Password reset emails can sometimes land in spam or take a few minutes to arrive. It is worth checking there before trying again.
