My basket shows "Unable to create order"
What to try when checkout or basket updates fail with an order creation error.
If it happens when you confirm your order
Try cleaning your basket and opening it again, then confirm the order once more. If it still fails, wait a few minutes and try again. That usually clears the stuck state and lets the order go through.
If it happens while updating your basket
If the error appears when adding or removing products, try logging out and logging back in. If needed, wait a few minutes before trying again. That refreshes the basket session and usually fixes the issue.
If the error keeps coming back
Close the basket, reopen it, and retry after a moment. If the problem still persists, contact customer-care@foodiz.odoo.com and mention the exact message you see so support can look into it.
