Can I cancel or change an order?

When an order can still be changed and when the requested dish costs more.

Please order carefully

To avoid food waste, try to keep changes to a minimum and contact Foodiz as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order.

Changes are only possible before delivery

You can cancel or change an order only if it has not been delivered yet and you contact Foodiz before the delivery window starts.

The price difference can block the change

If the new dish costs more than the original one, the change may not be possible. For example, switching from a Mexican Roll for €6 to a Spicy Thai Salad for €10 can be blocked because the total would go up.

Contact Foodiz first

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact customer-care@foodiz.odoo.com as soon as possible with your order details so support can check what is still possible.
