Using meal vouchers (Edenred, Monizze, Pluxee)
How to pay with meal vouchers and what to do if the connection fails.
Supported providers
Foodiz accepts Edenred, Monizze, and Pluxee (formerly Sodexo).
First time using a voucher?
At checkout, pick the voucher method. You will be redirected to the provider to confirm. After the first successful payment, your wallet stays linked for 30 days — future orders within that window skip the provider redirect.
Provider connection failed
If the provider page times out, return to Foodiz and try again. Voucher providers occasionally have short outages — switching to a card and retrying later usually works.
