How do I know my payment went through?
Ways to verify an order was confirmed, even if the confirmation email never arrived.
The confirmation page is the source of truth
If you reached the confirmation page at the end of checkout, your payment went through and your order is saved. The email is just a courtesy copy — the order stands even if no email arrives.
No confirmation email?
Email providers occasionally have delays or outages, and messages can land in spam. A missing email does not mean your order failed. Check your spam folder first, then use one of the checks below to confirm.
Verify from the Order tab
Open the Order tab — if your order appears there, it is confirmed and will be delivered as scheduled.
Verify from the Loyalty tab
Open the Loyalty tab — if the points for this order have been added, the payment was processed successfully.
