How do I get a refund?
How to request a refund if something went wrong with your order.
Email us and we will take care of it
If you need a refund, email customer-care@foodiz.odoo.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. Add a photo if the problem is about the delivered order. Support will handle it from there.
