Using loyalty points and promo codes together

You can apply loyalty points and a promo code on the same order — both discounts are added together at checkout.

The moment you apply loyalty points to your basket, those points are reserved — they leave your available balance so they cannot be used twice. The reservation stays until the order is confirmed (at which point the points are consumed) or until you remove them.

If you change your mind, remove the promo code or the loyalty points from your basket before checkout. Removed points are released and returned to your balance immediately.

If the combined value of loyalty points and promo code is greater than the basket total, the payment is blocked. Reduce the points applied, remove the promo code, or add items to your basket so the remaining amount to pay is positive.
